Guest lecture for students of the 4th year of the specialty 081 “Law”.

In order to acquaint students with higher education in the specialty 081 “Law” with the legal regulation of property relations under the laws of foreign countries, the resolution of conflicts that arise as a result of the participation in property relations of a foreign element, a guest lecture was held on February 27, 2024 on the topic “Property law and other property rights in international private law”.

The lecture was delivered by Eugenia Kurzynsky-Singer, independent expert (Self employment), Universität Hamburg, Privatdozent (Germany) for students of higher education in the 4th year of the educational programs “Civil and Economic Justice (Court. Notary. Legal Aid)”, “Administrative Justice (Court . Public administration and anti-corruption bodies)”, “Criminal justice (Court. Prosecutor’s office. Advocacy)” within the framework of studying the discipline “Private International Law”.

During the lecture, Frau Eugenia focused the listeners’ attention on the provisions of the German Civil Code on property rights; intromissions originating from real estate; collision restraints that apply to immovable property and movable property in transit.
