Oleksandr Mykolayovych

Pechko Oleksandr Mykolayovych was born on December 12, 1977 in the city of Kyiv.

From 1985 to 1995 he studied at Chernihiv Secondary School № 1 with in-depth study of English. At the same time he studied at the CYSS in the basketball section.

In 1999 he graduated with honors from Chernihiv State Pedagogical University named after Taras Shevchenko and qualified as a teacher of physical education.

Oleksandr Mykolayovych began his career in 1999 as a coach-teacher of the Chernihiv Regional Children’s and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve. From May 2001, after military service, he worked as a senior laboratory assistant, lecturer at the Department of Physical Education of the Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management, and later – Associate Professor of Physical Rehabilitation at the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic”.

In 2015 he successfully defended his dissertation on the specialty “Theory and methods of vocational education” and received the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences.

He repeatedly took an active part in city and regional basketball competitions, was actively involved in preparing for sports events and providing refereeing during sports competitions.

He has always been respected by both staff and students of the university. Alexander Nikolaevich was a very decent, friendly, tolerant, sociable person, a highly qualified specialist.

The bright memory of Oleksandr Mykolayovych Pechka will forever remain in our team.
