Chernihiv Polytechnic National University Strengthens its Innovation Ecosystem
A team of university lecturers successfully passed the selection process and became a participant in the autumn cohort of the practical program “YEP University Innovation System”. The program is implemented by YEP Accelerator within a joint project with Nova Ukraine for teams of Ukrainian higher education institutions that develop innovation and entrepreneurship in their universities. Its main goal is to help teams transition from individual initiatives to a sustainable university system for supporting innovations and startups, as well as to promote the commercialization of scientific developments. During the training, participants will work on practical tasks and solutions that can be directly implemented within the university.
The program includes 30 hours of training workload (1 ECTS credit), covering a series of thematic online sessions (overview of the innovation ecosystem, acceleration and community, integration into the HEI structure, legal issues, intellectual property) and preparation for Demo Day, during which teams will present strategic directions for improving and strengthening the innovation ecosystem.
