On January 4th, 2024, the next meeting of the Bridge project consortium (Erasmus+ KA2 program) was held. The event was moderated by Yulia Degtyareva, Head of the Center for International Education and International Cooperation of the Pridneprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

During the meeting, a number of issues important for the successful implementation of the Bridge project were considered:

• Organization of financial management within the framework of the project;
• Registration of the project with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
• Execution of the Consortium Agreement;
• Creation of the official BRIDGE project website (agreement of structure, sections) and institutional project pages on the official websites of all partner higher education institutions;
• Discussion of the degree of readiness of project results for uploading to the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal (Project Management Plan, Kick-off Meeting Report, Quality Assurance Plan, Evaluation Board Creation Procedure, Dissemination Plan);
• Coordination of the procurement plan within the project;
• Specification of the action plan for January-March 2024 (needs analysis, questionnaire, Project Sustainability Plan, Stakeholder Platform).

In addition to the Bridge project implementers, the online meeting was also joined by the representative of the Erasmus+ office in Ukraine, Svitlana Shytikova, who shared the experience of domestic higher education institutions in organizing project interaction, and also provided a number of important tips on project management, regulatory and legal support and internal monitoring of the quality of project results

During the event, members of the Bridge project consortium received a clear understanding of the specifics of ensuring the dissemination of project results, the features of the procedure for purchasing the necessary equipment and software. At the end of the meeting, the partners focused on organizational issues related to the quality implementation of the nearest project tasks, the implementation of the main project activities.
