IRYNA HAVRYLIVNA

On January 5, 2022, Iryna Havrylivna Kozynets, a senior lecturer at the Department of Public and Private Law, passed away prematurely.

Iryna Havrylivna was born on January 1, 1969 in the city of Chernihiv. After graduating from Chernihiv Eight-Year High School in 1984, she continued her studies at the Chernihiv Law College. She graduated from the Ukrainian State Law Academy with a degree in law.

Iryna Havrylivna started her career as a legal adviser of the Self-supporting Food Wholesale and Trade Base. Later she worked as a legal adviser at the regional base of public catering of Chernihiv OSS.

In September 1994, Kozynets I.H. was accepted as a lecturer at the Chernihiv Law College and went through all the stages of its formation from the college to the institute, and later joined the university in connection with the reorganization.

From September 2021 until the last days Iryna Havrylivna worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Public and Private Law.

Her scientific achievements include more than 100 scientific and educational works. She taught courses in the following disciplines: “Financial Law”, “Administrative Process”, “Administrative Law”, “Administrative Procedure”, “Administrative Activities of Law Enforcement Bodies”.

Iryna Havrylivna was a very kind and responsible person, an example in work, sensitive and friendly in communication with all colleagues.

Bright, good memories of Iryna Havrylivna will forever remain in our hearts and will forever remain in the history of our University.
