On 21 January, a delegation from the Embassy of Finland in Ukraine, headed by Ambassador Tarja Fernandez, visited Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.

The meeting was also attended by Mr. Henri Riihimäki, Chief Specialist for Trade and Reconstruction, and Ms. Olena Kovalenko, Commercial Officer of the Embassy of Finland in Ukraine. This visit was an important step towards future cooperation between the university and Finnish partners, as well as the possibility of implementing joint innovative projects aimed at strengthening the economic potential of the region and restoring its infrastructure.

Particular attention was paid to academic exchange, the involvement of international experience in educational programmes, and the creation of conditions for the development of technological start-ups and support for young scientists.
