Communication and leadership.

           On October 19, as part of the project “Empowerment Program for Restoration of Understanding for Community Leaders in Ukraine” Peace in Digital Time “, a blog cafe was held at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University on” Key Tools for Understanding and Successful Communication of Community Leaders in Digital Time ” . The speaker was the ambassador of the above project, Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Woodworking Serhiy Sapon.

The topic of the blog cafe aroused great interest not only among students of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University. The event was also attended by former students of our university.

The speaker voiced the following questions:

• communication and leadership
• communication goals and the main function of the leader
• TOP-10 reasons that destroy communication
• basic principles of successful communication.

Despite the considerable climate coolness, the audience was hotly debated on how to build a successful communication.

               The project “Empowerment for Reconstruction for Community Leaders in Ukraine” Peace in Digital Time “is implemented at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, NGO Center for Gender Education in cooperation with the NGO” Human Rights Foundation “and funded by the Institute of External Cultural Relations (IFA) at the expense of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany.
