Participation in the round table.

Participation in the round table on the problems of professional mentoring within the framework of the PROMENT project.

As part of the PROMENT international project, Lyudmila Remnyova and Alla Nitchenko shared the experience of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University regarding the implementation of mentoring for management and legal students during the round table “Professional mentoring for the effectiveness of the public sector in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction”, held on 28- February 29, 2024 at the Black Sea National University named after Petro Mohyla. The purpose of the event was to discuss during panel discussions and sectional meetings the actual problems of implementing the mentoring system in partner higher educational institutions of Ukraine with the aim of promoting the development of the public sector in the conditions of modern challenges. This practice of conducting partnership events within the Erasmus+ PROMENT project is quite useful, as it allows sharing existing experience and developing effective mentoring models.
