On March 6, 2024, the Center for the Creation and Development of Startups of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University held a webinar on the topic “Intellectual property: how to protect your rights?”.

Speakers of the event were:

• Ihor Shevchenko – representative of the TISC network (Vinnytsia Chamber of Commerce and Industry), patent attorney, head of the department of foreign economic relations and translations of the Vinnytsia Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
• Zukh Yuliana is a professional in innovation activities of the Department of Network Development of Technology and Innovation Support Centers of the Department of Innovation Development of UKRNOIVI (Head office of TISC IP office).

During the webinar, participants learned from Yuliana Zukh about intellectual property and copyright, protection and protection of copyright. Ihor Shevchenko talked about the practical aspects of registering intellectual property objects and shared interesting patent cases.

At the end of the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers.
