Kateryna Hnedina, coordinator of startup development, innovations and project-based learning at the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, has successfully completed the Lab2Market MedTech adapted entrepreneurial training programme.

During February-April 2025 Hnedina K., as part of the “Insulin without Queues” startup team, underwent intensive training and worked on creating an IP strategy, business model, conducted market research and interviews with potential customers, and developed a presentation for potential investors.

As a result of the training, the “Insulin without Queues” startup team reached the final of the programme, during which K. Hnedina presented the innovative project to experts, investors and other stakeholders.

Participation in Lab2Market MedTech was an important step on the team’s path to introducing innovations to the market and further developing the “Insulin without Queues” project.
