Startup “Insulin Without Queues”: participation in international strategic sessions and development vectors for 2026

Kateryna Hnedina, coordinator of startup development, innovation and project-based learning at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, co-founder of the “Insulin Without Queues” startup, PhD in Economics, associate professor, took part in international strategic sessions on startup development, “Building Bridges: International Strategy Sessions” held in Frankfurt am Main (Germany).

During the strategic sessions, participants worked on key aspects of the formation and further development of a startup:

  • clarification of the mission and values of the project;
  • analysing the current state of product development;
  • researching user needs, available resources and limitations;
  • forming strategic development scenarios for 2026 (growth, partnerships, scaling);
  • defining strategic priorities and focus areas, developing a roadmap for further action.

Participation in the events was an important step for the “Insulin Without Queues” startup, allowing it to systematically summarise its activities in 2025 and lay the strategic foundation for sustainable development in 2026.

The analytical materials and strategic decisions developed during the sessions will contribute to strengthening the social impact of the “Insulin Without Queues” startup, expanding partnerships, and scaling the initiative at the national and international levels.
