Academic mobility at RWTH Aachen University
On November 18-22, 2024, within the framework of the ERASMUS+ KA2 The Bridge project “Bridging the gap between university and industry: an innovative master’s degree programme supporting the development of green jobs and digital skills in the Ukrainian construction sector”, an academic mobility and coordination meeting of the project consortium took place at RWTH Aachen University (Aachen, Germany).
Chernihiv Polytechnic National University was represented by a delegation consisting of:
- – Iryna Prybytko, Head of the ESI of Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction;
- – Timur Hanieiev, Head of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies;
- – Olena Savchenko, Head
- – Maksym Bolotov, Associate Professor of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies;
- – Serhii Oleksiienko, Associate Professor of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies;
- – Mykhailo Rudenko, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies.
As part of the academic mobility, the team of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University got acquainted with the master’s programmes in BIM technologies, in particular, with the interdisciplinary course “Resilient Civil Engineering”; visited the university laboratories (Mechanics I Exercise; IAM Labs and Workshops; WZL Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering; Virtual Lab and aixCAVE); took part in master classes on the use of BIM-oriented software (Siemens NX; FlexPDE, etc.).
During the coordination meeting, the results of the work on the implementation of the project objectives in 2023/2024 were reported.
