Maslov Viktor Pavlovych

The staff of the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” deeply mourns the death of Maslov Viktor Pavlovych.

In 1970 he came to work at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation of the Chernihiv branch of KPI as head of the department. With its advent began active research and design work on the development of automated enterprise management systems (ASUP). Initially, these were small developments for the city’s enterprises, but gradually the amount of contract work increased and in the early 80’s the department had a significant research team that participated in the implementation of government orders with the Institute of Cybernetics in Kyiv, Ukraine.

From 1994 to 2014 he worked at the Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management as an associate professor, professor of economic cybernetics and vice rector for research.

A bright, good memory of Viktor Pavlovych will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew, loved and respected him.
