On 11 November 2025, as part of ongoing cooperation, Henri David, a volunteer from the “Le Gabion” eco-construction training centre in France, visited Chernihiv Polytechnic National University with his wife Elena.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a number of issues related to the organisation and conduct of a series of upcoming training sessions and workshops for applicants and scientific and teaching staff of the departments of Welding and Construction Technologies and Architecture and Environment Design of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and Chernihiv Professional Construction Lyceum with the aim of promoting and implementing environmentally friendly construction practices for the sustainable post-war reconstruction of the region.
