On September 25, the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University hosted a training on time management for first-year students, organized by the Center for Tutoring and Mentoring.

Participants performed interactive exercises, analysed their working day using the Eisenhower matrix, got acquainted with the methods of effective time management and identified their own “time wasters” using the “Balance Wheel” exercise. The training helped first-year students realize the importance of rational time management, which will contribute to their faster adaptation to student life and the development of self-confidence

The event was held within the framework of the ERASMUS+ KA2 PROMENT project “Promoting professional education and active participation of students through the formation of a comprehensive system of mentoring and tutoring in institutions”.
