The third module of the ‘Professional Development Programme for Academic Managers’ has been completed
The team at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University has successfully completed the third module of the ‘Academic Managers Professional Development Programme’, an initiative implemented by the British Council as part of a joint project between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the World Bank, Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project (UIHERP).
Module 3 – Human Resource Management – became not only a source of new knowledge and practices, but also a platform for inspiration, professional growth and deep interpersonal interactions.
Participants immersed themselves in key topics

- · – inclusion, equal opportunities and well-being.
A particularly striking element of the programme was the active networking session, which not only brought together participants from different regions of Ukraine, but also opened up new horizons for partnership. In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, participants were able to get to know each other better, exchange experiences and, in just one hour, create joint mini-projects that demonstrated the powerful potential of collective creativity.
The atmosphere was extremely inspiring, energetic and open, which facilitated sincere dialogue, reflection and the exchange of ideas. Well-coordinated teamwork, mutual support and professional exchange made this module not only informative, but also truly unforgettable.
The Professional Development Programme for Academic Managers is a unique initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, implemented by the British Council as part of a joint project between the Ministry of Education and Science and the World Bank, ‘Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project’.
