The startup “Insulin without Queues” joined the Ukrainian delegation and represented Ukraine at the Start-up BW Summit 2025 and Start-up BW Discovery Tour: AI, Life Science & HealthTech in Germany.
Kateryna Hnedina, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, coordinator of startup development, innovation and project training at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, PhD in Economics, associate professor, took part in the Start-up BW Summit in Stuttgart, Germany, which took place on 2 June 2025, as part of the ‘Insulin without Queues’ startup team. This large-scale event brought together innovators, investors and representatives of startup ecosystems from around the world.
During the summit, the ‘Insulin without Queues’ startup team presented its solution alongside other Ukrainian startups. Startup representatives also took part in networking, thematic panels, and meetings with potential partners. An important moment was the meeting of the Ukrainian delegation with the Minister of Economy of Baden-Württemberg, Dr. Nicole Hofmeister-Kraut, who visited the Ukrainian stand.
In addition, K. Hnedina, joined the ‘Start-up BW Discovery Tour: AI, Life Science & HealthTech’, which took place in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg after the Start-up BW Summit. This tour opened the doors for participants to Germany’s leading innovative regions in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital health and medical technologies.
During the start-up tour, K. Hnedina, presented the start-up ‘Insulin without Queues’ to the international start-up community, familiarised herself with the activities of local medical technology companies and innovative solutions, and had the opportunity to communicate with representatives of accelerators and innovation hubs.
