Chernihiv Polytechnic National University was included in the list of 21 institutions of higher education of Ukraine with an insignificant degree of risk from carrying out business activities in the field of higher education!

The State Education Quality Service of Ukraine published the list of higher education institutions by degrees of risk in 2023, which was calculated in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (module “Degrees of risk (for higher education)”) according to the following criteria:

1. the number of higher education graduates in the last three years;
2. the number of scientific-pedagogical (pedagogical) workers employed by the main place of work;
3. the status of publication of legally defined documents and information on the official website of the higher education institution;
4. the number of violations of legislative requirements in the field of higher education,
5. revealed as a result of state supervision (control) measures carried out during the last five years preceding the planning period;
6. the presence of separate structural subdivisions;
7. the presence of foreign students of higher education;
8. share of non-accredited specialties, educational programs.

Of the 290 institutions, 28 (10%) are high-risk business entities, 186 (64%) are medium-risk, and 76 (26%) are low-risk.

Chernihiv Polytechnic National University belongs to the list of 21 institutions of higher education that have a minimum possible score of 15 points and an insignificant degree of risk from carrying out economic activities in the field of higher education in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On approval of the criteria by which the degree of risk is assessed from conducting business activities in the field of higher education and determining the periodicity of planned measures of state supervision (control) by the State Education Quality Service» dated November 21, 2018 No. 982.
