The final of the “Startup-Way to Success – 2024” Competition

On 26 September 2024, the final of the “Startup-Way to Success – 2024” Competition was held on the basis of the Centre for Startup Development and Innovation “Peremoha” and with the support of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University. The event became a real platform for young innovators from Chernihiv and Chernihiv region to present their ideas in engineering, IT, biology and other fields. The event not only brought together talented young entrepreneurs, but also created an atmosphere of inspiration, cooperation and creativity.

A total of 25 start-up projects were submitted, and 11 of them got a chance to present their projects in the final round to the expert jury. The projects presented by the talented developers who want to change the future were impressive in their creativity and promise, as they demonstrated not only innovation but also social significance, offering solutions to pressing social problems.

The brightest finalist start-ups that received recognition and awards were:

  • RePolymer – a project that offers the use of recycled PET bottles to make prosthetics, helping people and the planet at the same time. This idea opens up new horizons in medicine and ecology.
  • Rybka Clothing Brand is a concept of modular clothing that can be adapted to different styles by assembling it from individual elements. This is not only environmentally friendly, but also allows everyone to express their individuality.
  • Green rebuilding of Ukraine is a startup in the field of sustainable development education using innovative technologies and interactive teaching methods. The project aims to develop the important skills of young people necessary for the green reconstruction of Ukraine and the formation of an environmentally conscious generation.
  • LegoCultChe is a mobile application that fascinatingly introduces users to the history of Chernihiv region through LEGO constructions. It not only entertains, but also teaches new historical knowledge in an interesting way.
  • Growing Microgreens – promoting a healthy lifestyle through the cultivation and sale of microgreens. This project promotes healthy products and ecological nutrition.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the participants who made the effort to submit their start-up projects. Your enthusiasm and determination inspire further changes and development. Special thanks to our esteemed jury members who took part in the evaluation of the projects and provided valuable advice to the participants for further development, as well as to the teachers who guided the projects at all stages of their creation.

This competition, which has become a tradition, gives young talents a boost. We congratulate our winners and wish them success in the further implementation of their projects!
