The advanced training course was implemented.
Congratulations to the academic staff on completing the advanced training course “The Art of Mentoring and Tutoring: Modern Practices for Teachers” (1 ECTS credit).
The programme was implemented within the framework of the international Erasmus+ project KA2 PROMENT “Promoting professional education and active participation of students through the establishment of a comprehensive mentoring and tutoring system in higher education institutions”.
As part of the course on 25-27 June 2024, teachers mastered the functional principles and basic schemes of mentoring and tutoring in higher education institutions, as well as practical aspects of mentoring and tutoring development in higher education institutions.

As a result of the advanced training course, academic staff acquired the following competencies:
- – understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of mentoring and tutoring in higher education institutions;
- – ability to implement mentoring and tutoring programmes to support higher education students in their learning, professional and personal development;
- – ability to create favourable conditions for self-development and self-improvement of higher education students through mentoring/teaching programmes, etc.
