Kateryna Hnedina, coordinator of startup development, innovations and project-based learning of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, CEO of the startup “Insulin without Queues”, took part in the strategic session “Building Bridges: IWOQ International Strategy Session”, which took place in Vienna on 24-27 December 2024 with the support of the startup’s partners.

As part of the strategic session, the “Insulin without Queues” startup team presented the results of startup activities for 2024, set goals and formed a startup development strategy for 2025, and explored the foreign market.

During the strategic session, Kateryna Hnedina as part of the “Insulin without Queues” startup team, also joined the Startup Bootcamp 2024 from the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge, getting acquainted with the PUSB acceleration programme, the history of the development of Ukrainian-Polish startups, and the peculiarities of identifying key market segments and customers for strategy development.
