According to the website Osvita.ua,which presents the rating of Ukrainian institutions in Ukraine by the indicators of the SciVerse Scopus database in 2025, the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University ranks 75th among 221 institutions in Ukraine.

According to the results of the rating, the number of publications of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University in the SciVerse Scopus database is 745, the number of citations is 4,681, the Hirsch index is 28 (in 2024 – 26).
