Purchase of computer equipment within the ERASMUS+ KA2 DEFEP project.
Starting from 2023, the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” together with its consortium partners is implementing the ERASMUS+ KA2 DEFEP project “Distance Education for Future: best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labour market”. The implementation of this project is another step of Chernihiv Polytechnic towards the implementation of the best European educational practices, which will allow our graduates to be more competitive in the labour market.
In the course of the implementation of the international ERASMUS+ KA2 DEFEP project, a scientific and educational laboratory of distance education was created at Chernihiv Polytechnic. In the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year, to ensure the effective functioning of this laboratory, computer equipment was purchased at the expense of a DEFEP project grant, namely:
- – a laptop, the use of which will provide increased access of academic staff to the latest educational technologies and resources, which will significantly improve the quality of the educational process;
- – an interactive panel for the classroom, the use of which will increase the effectiveness of lectures and seminars, making them more interactive and interesting for higher education students;
- – a web camera that will provide reliable communication during distance learning and video conferencing, improving the quality of image and sound.
The equipment purchased under the DEFEP project will significantly increase the university’s ability to organise distance and blended learning, providing a high level of technical support for higher education students and academic staff.
