Practical training at operating facilities of distribution system operator for students of specialty 141 “Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics”
On April 7, 2025, as part of training in the disciplines “Electrical part of stations and substations” and “High voltage engineering”, students of the EM-221 group (specialty 141 “Electrical power energetics, electrical engineering and electromechanics”) visited several electric power facilities in the city of Chernihiv.
They studied the design features of indoor and outdoor switchgears of Medium Voltage and High Voltage and the equipment installed in them.
The operational personnel of the Distribution System Operator JSC “Chernigovoblenergo” demonstrated the technology of performing operational switching on equipment and trained in the features of operating MV and HV equipment.
