Kateryna Volodymyrivna Hnedina, Coordinator of Startup Development, Innovations and Project-based Learning of the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic”, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Accounting and Taxation, took part in the two-day international summit “Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024”, which was held in Warsaw (Poland) and organised by the Perspektywy Education Foundation. The event brought together leaders of the tech industry, representatives of the scientific sector, innovative business structures and organisations, as well as start-ups from around the world.

The event participants attended a series of lectures by invited speakers, took part in panel discussions and workshops. The speakers’ presentations and discussions covered the following topics: women’s significant contribution to the development of technology, shaping the high-tech future and promoting inclusiveness in the industry; innovative technologies for business process automation and big data; outstanding achievements of women in science; the era of artificial intelligence technologies and AI applications; innovation and startups; leadership and its importance for positive change; technology for a sustainable future, and many others. In addition, the participants of Perspective Women in Tech Summit 2024 had meetings with mentors from international companies and institutions.
