On October 7-11, 2024, Nataliia Buialska, Associate Professor of the Department of Food Technologies and Ecology, Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, took part in the international workshop “Enhanced Learning Adventures: Virtual Tour in Education”, which was held at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (Germany). The event was organized within the framework of the project “Ukrainian-German Teaching Network for a Digital Transformation of Environmental Education” under the DAAD funding program “Digital Ukraine: Ensuring Academic Success in Times of Crisis (2024)”.

During the week, representatives of 12 partner universities from different regions of Ukraine, under the guidance of experienced German colleagues, worked on creating virtual tours using modern equipment and software that can also be integrated into the Moodle distance learning system.

The use of the acquired knowledge and skills in the educational process will undoubtedly contribute to the professional growth of its participants, the formation of competencies that determine the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market in Ukraine and the world.

We thank our German colleagues, the project coordinators, for the opportunity to learn about the valuable international experience of digitalizing environmental education, gain new knowledge and develop skills in the use of modern information technologies to create virtual tours!
