Participation in the international conference MIT Europe Conference 2025 (Vienna, Austria)
Kateryna Hnedina, coordinator of startup development, innovation and project-based learning, PhD, Associate Professor, took part in the international conference MIT Europe Conference 2025, organised by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in cooperation with EIT Manufacturing and AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA (an international organisation affiliated to the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (Wirtschaftskammer Österreich) and held on 26-27 March 2025 in Vienna, Austria. The event brought together scientists, inventors, entrepreneurs, and start-ups from around the world to discuss innovations and technologies that contribute to sustainable development.
The key thematic areas discussed at the conference included:
- the use of innovative solutions and artificial intelligence in industry,
- development of sustainable transport,
- the latest environmentally friendly materials with a low carbon footprint,
- renewable energy sources,
- innovative methods of energy storage, etc.
The participants of the event learnt about international experience in the development of innovations and technologies that form the prerequisites for sustainable development in the future.
