Participation in Global Tech Event IT Arena 2026: Innovative Solutions, Digital Products, and Modern Technologies Shaping the Future
On September 25-27, 2026, IT Arena 2026 – one of Ukraine’s leading tech events – took place in Lviv, uniting representatives of the IT industry, business, startup ecosystem, investors, experts, and innovators from Ukraine and other countries. This year’s program focused on artificial intelligence, data and analytics, digital products, cybersecurity, innovation ecosystems, tech entrepreneurship, and the practical implementation of modern technologies
As part of the applied research project “Development of an Information-Analytical System for Managing Logistic Operations of Applied Use in Border Regions to Ensure National Security,” Kateryna Hnedina, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor, and Leading Researcher, joined the event.
The IT Arena 2026 program paid significant attention to modern approaches to working with data and using analytics to support decision-making, developing data products, practical applications of artificial intelligence in operational activities and its potential for economic recovery. The event also explored process mining technologies for identifying bottlenecks, repetitive operations, and other sources of inefficiency, as well as defining directions for improvement. The presented approaches demonstrated the possibilities of combining data, analytical tools, and AI technologies to refine processes and support well-founded management decisions.
Special attention during the event was paid to the development of innovation ecosystems, interaction between the tech sector, business, state institutions, and other stakeholders, as well as modern AI solutions, robotics, and intelligent systems. An essential component of participation was networking with representatives of the tech and innovation community, exchanging experience, and discussing modern IT solutions and opportunities for their practical application.
Participation in IT Arena 2026 has practical value for carrying out tasks under the applied research project focused on developing an IAS for managing logistic operations. In particular, opportunities for using modern technological solutions and best practices presented at the event will be taken into account when defining directions for improving logistic operation management based on innovative information technologies in Ukraine’s border regions in the context of their innovative recovery.
