On February 4, the Tutoring and Mentoring Center of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University hosted an organizational meeting on the results of piloting the tutoring program for 1st year students within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 PROMENT project in 2024 and planning activities for the second semester.

The meeting was attended by tutors, representatives of student self-government bodies, the Head of the Tutoring and Mentoring Center Kholodnytska Alla and the coordinator of the “Tutoring for First-Year Students scheme at the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University” Alla Nitchenko.

The participants of the meeting discussed the peculiarities of establishing cooperation between tutors and tutees, shared their own achievements, and emphasized the importance of cooperation between student self-government bodies and tutors in order to popularize the tutoring movement at the university.

The students who already have experience in tutoring suggested activities for the second semester that will be included in the Center’s work plan.
