Mentoring Week for Internally displaced person (IDP) students
On 26 May 2025, the Mentoring Week for students with the status of internally displaced persons started. The innovative mentoring support programme is implemented by the team of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University in cooperation with the Charitable foundation ‘Rokada’. The Mentoring Week programme is aimed at supporting young people who were forced to change their place of residence due to the war and helps them adapt to the new environment, develop skills of self-realisation, communication, emotional stability and successful integration into the student community and the community.
The mentoring programme combines methods of non-formal education, involvement of students (mentees) in ongoing projects of the Charitable foundation ‘Rokada’, psychological support, and reflection.
