Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and the Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Chernihiv Region signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing interaction in the field of international education, information support, and assistance for foreign citizens and stateless persons.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of effective communication between the University and the migration service, information support for foreign applicants and students, as well as opportunities for the uninterrupted receipt of administrative services during martial law. Special attention was paid to ensuring that every state service is as clear and accessible as possible and does not create unnecessary difficulties for applicants.

In addition, issues regarding the development of international cooperation, attracting foreign citizens to study in Ukraine, and prospects for promoting the legal labour migration of highly qualified specialists in accordance with current legislation were raised. Meeting participants noted the importance of open dialogue between state authorities and higher education institutions. The motto of the meeting was “Nothing is impossible,” reflecting a shared commitment to finding effective solutions and developing international education.
