On May 23, the Ambassador of Germany, Martin Jaeger, paid a working visit to the National University of Chernihiv Polytechnic. The rector, Oleh Novomlynets, showed the consequences of the destruction of the university during the rocket attacks.

Against this backdrop, it was particularly important to highlight opportunities for cooperation in the field of innovation and technology. As part of the visit, the participants had the opportunity to visit the Peremoha Startup Center and get acquainted with cutting-edge projects that open up prospects for the development of youth initiatives.

The meeting ended with the ambassador’s words of support for continuing assistance as long as the war continues. This support is of great importance to the entire university community, and we are sincerely grateful for it.
