On September 23, 2025, an online meeting was held between representatives of the Faculty of Law of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University – Dean of the Faculty Oleksiy Seletsky, Deputy Dean Valentyna Lytvynenko and Associate Professor of the Department of Public and Private Law Maria Chichkan – with representatives of the international law firm Jones Day.

The event was also attended by Kateryna Sai, Acting Head of the University’s International Relations Department.

During the meeting, prospects for cooperation in the field of supporting law students and developing educational programs in the context of Ukraine’s European integration processes were discussed. Representatives of Jones Day confirmed their readiness to organize guest online lectures for law students in the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, which will be held by practicing lawyers from the USA, France and Belgium.

The meeting was preliminary in nature and ended with agreements on the further development of partnership relations.
