On May 16, 2024, the first meeting of the Industry Section “Law and Law Enforcement” of the Employers’ Council of the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” was held.

The official part of the meeting was opened by the Dean of the Law Faculty Oleksii Seletskyi, who welcomed the participants, familiarized all participants with the meeting agenda and outlined the main areas of work.

Employers, heads of departments of the Faculty of Law, guarantors of educational programs and higher education students studying in the specialties 081 “Law” and 262 “Law Enforcement” took part in the discussion of the planned issues.

During the event, the chairman of this section of the Employers’ Council was elected: Bobruiko Volodymyr Anatoliyovych, Head of the North-Eastern Department of Free Legal Aid of the Eastern Interregional Center for Free Legal Aid.

One of the important issues that was also discussed at the meeting was the prospects for further cooperation between employers and the University in the field of quality training of specialists in the specialties 081 “Law” and 262 “Law Enforcement” in accordance with the requirements and trends of the labor market.

At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the Law Faculty Oleksii Seletskyi and the heads of the departments thanked the employers for participating in the meeting, for their indifferent attitude to higher education and for facilitating the passage of educational, industrial practice and employment by the students of the Law Faculty.
