Learning Outcomes of the Microcredit Educational Program for Retraining and Social Adaptation of Internally Displaced Persons within the TURBO Project: Business Idea Pitching, Certificate Awarding, and First Steps toward Starting a Business

Participants of the microcredit educational program for retraining and social adaptation of internally displaced persons successfully completed their training, aimed at improving entrepreneurial skills and creating opportunities for development.

The final event on May 30, 2025, combined business idea pitching and the awarding of completion certificates. Participants presented their own projects in areas such as creative production, consulting services, beauty services, digital products, and more. This pitching session was not only a demonstration of individual achievements but also a testament to the potential of local entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth in the community.

Warm congratulatory remarks to the program graduates were delivered by Olga Filina from the International Social Adaptation Foundation, highlighting the program’s role as a tool for supporting self-realization, enhancing economic autonomy, and restoring strategic confidence in the future.

TURBO: Educational Program for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses became for its participants not only a source of new knowledge but also a space for mutual support, experience exchange, and the development of entrepreneurial thinking focused on digitalization, sustainable solutions, the value of interaction, and social impact.

The project team sincerely wishes the program graduates confidence in their abilities, resilience to challenges, and inspiration for developing their own businesses. Each project born during the training is a building block in the reconstruction of a socially responsible, economically active community environment.

We invite everyone who seeks to find themselves and their own business to join the next cohort of TURBO: Educational Program for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses. The training will provide practical knowledge, help shape a business strategy, and integrate participants into a supportive community.
