On 19 June 2024, a joint meeting of the Executive Committee and the Quality and Ethics Committee was held within the framework of the ERASMUS+KA2 DEFEP project “Distance Education for the Future: EU best practices in response to the needs of higher education and labour market” (№ 101083143 – DEFEP – ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE). During the meeting, the consortium members discussed the preparation of an interim report on the DEFEP project and the financial aspects of project activities.

Institutional coordinator of the DEFEP project from the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic”, Doctor of Economics, Professor Nataliia Ivanova, as the chairman of the Quality and Ethics Committee, acquainted the participants of the meeting with the peculiarities of the tasks within the WP 7 “Monitoring and Quality Assurance of the Distance Education System” (description, expected results, deadlines and requirements).

• The developed methodological materials on ensuring the quality of the educational process and maintaining academic integrity among students and teachers were presented;
• an online course for higher education students “Academic Integrity and the Basics of Information Literacy”;
• information materials – posters on academic integrity.

Particular attention was paid to the division of responsibilities for the development of documents regulating the criteria, tools for diagnosing and evaluating learning outcomes (output D7.2 – Learning outcomes monitoring and evaluation system).
