International certification according to the Five Case Model methodology
On 12-16 May, Associate Professor of the Department of Architecture and Environment Design Shabardina Yu. took part in the course ‘Business Case Development in Infrastructure Projects: International guidance. The Five Case Model: Basic Level’, organised by experts from PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine (PwC) and the National Infrastructure and Services Transformation Agency (NISTA) of the United Kingdom. After successfully passing the exam, Ms. Yuliia joined the circle of international experts in the field of writing, evaluating and implementing infrastructure projects.
‘The Five Case Model’ is a leading international standard recommended by the Group of Twenty (G20) as best practice. It provides a comprehensive approach to project analysis, covering strategic, economic, commercial, financial and governance aspects. This methodology forms the basis of the UK Treasury’s guidance and is a vital tool for the preparation, appraisal and implementation of public investment projects. In the context of the public investment reform in Ukraine, this methodology is integrated into the Procedure for the preparation, submission, evaluation and determination of criteria for prioritising public investment project concepts for 2025.
We congratulate Shabardina Yu. on her achievements and wish her to effectively implement the acquired knowledge and apply her skills in practice!
