Internally displaced person (IDP) students successfully completed Mentoring Week at the Charitable foundation ‘Rokada’ as part of the PROMENT projec
On 2 June 2025, participants in the innovative mentoring programme ‘Mentoring for IDP Students’ received certificates of participation and nice gifts.
The students were congratulated on the completion of the mentoring programme by the coordinator of the Erasmus+ KA2 PROMENT project, Lyudmila REMNOVA, regional coordinator of the Chernihiv branch of Charitable foundation ‘Rokada’ Olha YURCHENKO, regional coordinator of the Chernihiv branch of Charitable foundation ‘Rokada’, and Alla NITCHENKO, coordinator of the ‘Mentoring for IDP Students’ scheme at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
We would like to remind you that on 24 April 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership was signed between Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and Charitable foundation ‘Rokada’. This document was an important step towards ensuring high-quality pilot mentoring support for students who are internally displaced persons (IDPs).
The Mentoring Week programme, which took place from 26 to 30 May 2025, was implemented by the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University team in close cooperation with the Rokada Charitable Foundation. It became an example of effective interaction between the university and the public sector to support students who need special attention.
