Guest Lecture by Viktoriia Antonenko for Participants of the Micro-Credit Educational Program “TURBO: Educational Program for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses”

As part of the TURBO project “The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises”, participants of the micro-credit educational program attended a guest lecture by Viktoriia Antonenko, Head of the Department of Analytics and Program Performance Evaluation in Employment and Chair of the Commission for Reviewing Applications and Business Plans for Starting or Expanding a Business at the Chernihiv Regional Employment Center.

Ms. Viktoria shared with the participants up-to-date insights on:

  • · current labor market trends and employers’ expectations;
  • · opportunities offered by training vouchers for adult learners;
  • · grant programs for starting or scaling a business.

The session was highly practical, providing participants not only with valuable information but also with concrete guidelines for building their professional and entrepreneurial trajectories. Guest lectures are an important component of the TURBO educational program, as they connect academic learning with practical insights from experts.
