Guest lecture by Kateryna Maksymenko as part of the study of the discipline “Athletics with teaching methods” for FR

On April 24, 2023, Yuriy Rydzel, associate professor of the department. a guest lecture was organized and held with Kateryna Maksymenko (KMSU athletics, champion of the All-Ukrainian Universiade of Ukraine 2021, bronze medalist of the Indoor Cup of Ukraine, multiple champion of the city and region) as part of the study of the discipline “Athletics with teaching methods” for students of higher education of the OPP “Fitness and recreation” on the topic: “Peculiarities of training sprinters and types of psychological pre-start states, and how to find reserves for activity or, on the contrary, relieve tension before competitions.”
