Rector of the National University ‘Chernihiv Polytechnic’ Oleh Novomlynets joined the forum ‘Days of Educational Leadership’, which was held in a mixed format at the National University ‘Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic’ on 6 June 2024.

The event was aimed at bringing together university administrations and management, academic staff and educational influencers to develop Ukraine’s educational system, integrate into the European educational area and create a clear and open higher education system.

Oleg Novomlynets delivered a report ‘Quality. Innovation. Leadership.” He stressed that the quality of education today is closely linked to the constant search for innovative methods, approaches and technologies. Innovations allow the university to remain open to new opportunities and improve the quality of educational services. And leadership in education is not only the ability to innovate, but also the ability to lead and inspire others. This creates an atmosphere of cooperation and support, which is important for the development of every university.

By participating in such events, the university gets the opportunity to share experiences, learn best practices and respond to current challenges. Oleh Novomlynets sincerely thanked the National University of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic for this opportunity and expressed his hope for further cooperation for the joint development of Ukrainian education.
