Formation of teaching skills through mentoring

On 10 April, the Tutoring and Mentoring Centre of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University hosted the seventh mentoring session as part of the mentoring for young teachers under the Erasmus+ project KA2 PROMENT and in accordance with the plan of activities of the School of Young Teachers and the improvement of pedagogical skills of the university.

This time, Ihor Petrenko, an assistant teacher at the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies, who has been mastering such technologies since 2018, shared his experience of using 3D technologies in the educational process. The topic of the meeting aroused great interest among the participants.

During the mentoring session, modern teaching methods were discussed to make the learning process more visual, interactive and engaging for students of technical specialities. The participants received useful practical advice on how to implement 3D technologies in teaching and shared their own experience of integrating the latest techniques into their courses
