Focus on Physical Resilience — A Key to Personal Strength in Times of Change
As part of the training series on socio-psychological adaptation, “Personal Resilience in Crisis Conditions,” implemented within the project “TURBO: The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building Resilient Higher Education to Respond and Manage Societal Crises,” a session was held on the topic of physical resilience. The event was organized in collaboration with the NGO “Chernihiv European.” The invited expert was Olha Babak, a specialist in movement therapy, private entrepreneur.
Participants explored the physical dimension of resilience. During the interactive training, discussions focused on the impact of physical activity on stress tolerance, recovery from psycho-emotional exhaustion, and the development of body-care skills as a tool for self-support during times of change. The practical component included body exercises aimed at boosting energy, reducing muscle tension, and increasing awareness of personal physical limits.
Project “The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises” (101129315-TURBO-Erasmus-EDU-2023-CBHE). The main aim of TURBO project is to increase the resilience, preparedness and responsiveness of Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEIs) by building their capacities, improving competencies and sharing experiences.
