The Department of Foreign Philology at Chernihiv National Polytechnic University extends sincere gratitude to Dr. hab. Adam Głaz, Associate Professor at the Department of English Language and Linguistics, Department of Linguistics and Literary Studies at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland, for his team teaching collaboration with our department’s faculty members within the academic curriculum “English Language and Translation” program, specifically for the course “Practice of Oral and Written Translation,” as well as for his assistance in expanding our educational materials base.

The team teaching method not only allows integrating various teaching approaches, bringing together the expertise from different academic traditions, and creating a more dynamic learning environment, but it also promotes a deeper understanding of the subject matter, the development of critical thinking skills, and the enhancement of students’ communicative competence in the field of translation.
