On 12 November, a meeting was held at which the Rector of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University Oleh Novomlynets reported that the university had received a letter from the Academy of Construction of Ukraine, in which the Academy proposed to establish the Chernihiv Territorial Branch of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine on the basis of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and asked O.O Novomlynets to head this branch.

It was decided to support the proposal to establish the Chernihiv Territorial Branch of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine on the basis of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, to recommend the Rector of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University Oleh Novomlynets as the Head of the Branch, and to recommend Mykola Korzachenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies, as the Secretary.

To recommend the following persons to the Chernihiv Territorial Branch of the ACU: National Architect of Ukraine, Volodymyr Pavlenko; Head of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Engineering, Manufacture and Construction, Iryna Prybytko; Head of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies, Timur Hanieiev; Head of the Department of Architecture and Design, Olena Savchenko; Associate Professor of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies, Serhii Oleksiienko; Associate Professor of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies, Bolotov Maksym; Senior Lecturer at the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies, Rudenko Mykhailo; Associate Professor of the Department of Architecture and Design, Itchenko Dmytro; Director, Civil engineer of LLC “Voltazhkom LTD”, Viktor Filipovych; Head of the production and technical Department of the Consortium “UTB”, Serhii Kyrda; Deputy Director, Design Engineer of ALLIANCE BUD EXPERT LLC, Olena Khomenko.
