Chernihiv Polytechnic National University together with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine invites high school students of Chernihiv to participate in a competition to write an essay on “RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAN AND CITIZEN”, dedicated to Human Rights Day.
