ERASMUS+ KA2 SUSTED project: general meeting of the consortium
On 5 December 2024, the General Meeting of the participants of the international ERASMUS+ project КА2 SUSTED “Education for sustainable development: synergy of competences for the recovery of Ukraine” was held in a mixed format at the Polissia National University (Zhytomyr). The event brought together representatives of leading higher education institutions from different EU countries, including the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Malta and Ukraine.
Prof. Oleh Skydan, Rector of Polissia National University, and Veronika Tkachenko, the representative of ERASMUS+ Office in Ukraine, welcomed the participants of the General Meeting.
SUSTED project manager Nataliia Kutsmus presented its main aspects, features and principles of implementation. The event also featured the project consortium, including:
- – The Hague University of Applied Science (Netherlands);
- – University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin (Poland);
- – Danubius University (Slovakia);
- – IDEA Academy (Malta);
- – Chernihiv Polytechnic National University (Ukraine);
- – Higher educational institution “Podillia State University” (Ukraine);
- – Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University (Ukraine);
- – West Ukrainian National University (Ukraine);
- – Polissia National University (Ukraine).
Professors Viktoriia Marhasova, Olha Rudenko and Nataliia Kholiavko took part in the event on behalf of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
The participants of the General Meeting paid special attention to the joint first steps in the implementation of the project and planning activities for the next six months. Tetiana Usiuk, SUSTED project coordinator, presented the vision of the consortium’s future work.
The meeting ended with a question and answer session, which contributed to the formation of new ideas and solutions for the effective implementation of project goals, focusing on management, quality control, and dissemination of project results.
