From October 1 to 5, 2023, Olga Melnyk, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Social Development, took part in the Educational Mission to the Netherlands.

The mission was organized by the Department of International Cooperation in the Field of Education of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Protection and Food Quality of the Netherlands and the Association “Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business” with the assistance and financial support of the Department of Agrarian Attaché of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Ukraine.

The purpose of the mission is to study the experience of Dutch universities regarding research and integration into educational programs of regenerative agriculture issues, as well as cooperation between universities and businesses/farmers regarding practical case studies of the latest technologies

The mission program includes visits to a number of agricultural universities in the Netherlands, a round table at Wageningen University, visits to farms and studying their best practices.

Also, the task of the mission is to expand international relations of Ukrainian universities and deepen cooperation with universities in the Netherlands.
