Donation program from students and graduates of the partner university in Germany – Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.

Students and graduates of the German university Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, a long-term partner of the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic”, organised a donation program to equip MakerLab, a student laboratory of the Institute of Electronic and Information Technologies. This sponsorship has already been used to purchase measuring and laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, power supplies, function generator, multimeters, RLC meter) and equipment for prototyping and assembly (3D printer, soldering station). The use of this equipment will allow the students of the Institute to implement their own ideas in the form of prototypes of electronic devices, implement experimental models during course and diploma projects, and gain useful practical skills.

The next step is the purchase of hand tools for assembly and machining – tool sets, a drill, a dremel, etc. and the completion of repairs in the laboratory room, after which it will be available to all students interested in realising their own creative potential as makers and innovators.

The students of the Institute of Electronic and Information Technologies are grateful to their German colleagues for their help in becoming our dreams and ideas to true!
