In order to solve the ecological problems of the city, scientists of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Economics are developing a Comprehensive Program for Environmental Protection of Chernihiv for 2022-2027.

The purpose of the program is to implement the state policy of Ukraine in the field of environment, environmental safety, protection of life and health of Chernihiv residents from the negative impact caused by environmental pollution, achieving harmony between society and nature.
